Nakano, Nagano, Japan｜Ramen Darumaya

Fantastic, I’ve lived in Japan for 12 years and this is easily the best ramen I’ve ever had.

☆4.5~ ▫Rich cloudy soy sauce ramen + Char siu bowl ▫Back fat soy sauce ramen Pork bone soy sauce soup with a strong seafood flavor. The noodles are medium thin and curly and mix well with the soup. The pork belly pork belly is also very delicious. Nigori soy sauce is not as strong in taste as it looks, and is a rich soup with a whole lot of knotweed. black rx Medium-thick, flat, square curly noodles. The color and flavor are deep, but the salty taste is not all over the place, so despite the black appearance, the soup is drinkable. I noticed it later when I was editing it, but unfortunately there was no green onion on it. Plenty of menma sprinkled with coarsely ground black pepper and dried bonito flakes, and two slices of pork belly.

Today I wanted to eat Daruma-ya ramen, so I went there for that purpose. I went there just before 1:00 pm when things had calmed down, and was able to enter the store without waiting. Me: ``Kojiro Daimori flavor, strong flavor'' and my wife: ``Rich cloudy soy sauce.'' It's delicious. I want to eat it regularly. I'll come back later. My wife: ``Rich Cloudy Soy Sauce Ramen'' and ``Mini Charshu Bowl.'' My daughter: ``Miso Jiro.'' Everything was delicious❗️ Even my daughter, who is picky about ramen, praised it and said, ``This place is delicious.'' "Motsunidon" was a little sweet. I want to go again.
