A local yakisoba and tsuke yakisoba restaurant in Shinshu Nakano. Tsuke yakisoba is lightly seasoned yakisoba eaten by dipping it in miso sauce. This time, I added back fat soy sauce garlic as a topping. The yakisoba noodles were baked fluffy and moist, and were very delicious even without anything on them. Of course, adding miso sauce makes it even more delicious. The shredded vegetables were steamed perfectly, and the meat was thick, tender, and delicious.

I heard about the reputation of this “Otaki Yakisoba”. The menu name is "Inayaki soba". It was very delicious.
