I visited “Menya Ashita”, which is about a 5-minute walk from Joetsu Myoko Station. I asked my brother where he thinks the most delicious ramen shop in Joetsu these days is, and he said it was the best, so we drove from Naoetsu. Certainly, I had heard the name and checked it out, but I didn't have a chance to visit it, so it felt like it was just the right timing. It was lunch time, but I was able to enter the store without waiting time, probably because it was a weekday Monday after Golden Week. Buy a ticket at a ticket vending machine. I ordered soy sauce white noodles grilled horse mackerel style (950 yen) + half an egg (50 yen) + black rose seaweed (150 yen). My brother ordered clam sea breeze (850 yen) + white rice (150 yen). The soy sauce white soup noodles are topped with Dawn and 3 kinds of pork, pork, and chicken. This is the so-called Instagrammable thing. The soup is delicious and has a deep flavor. I think this is a type of ramen that is rarely found in Joetsu, and it feels like a great deal for this price. I also had clam sea breeze soup, but the soup stock is good!
