When the restaurant first opened, I was concerned that there was a mismatch between the soup and noodles, and that the chai flavor of the char siew was too strong, but I think they've managed to make some adjustments and have resolved that issue. The noodles are kneaded with tapioca flour, which gives them a nice texture and smooth texture. It seems that the menu has been completely redesigned since this spring. Yes, it gets better every time I go! I look forward to seeing you again in the future.

This is my personal favorite ramen shop in Joetsu. Before I knew it, I've been here for two months in a row, so I'll review it😊 From the soup, noodles, and ingredients, you can always feel the commitment of the store. I liked the menu before the renewal, but the current menu is also delicious 😊 The texture of the noodles and the richness of the soup, which makes it even more satisfying to chew, makes me happy. Chai's char siu has a taste that you can't find at other stores, and it goes well with the soup, so you'll want to eat it anytime. Last time, I liked this char siu too much, even though I don't eat much, so I made it to char siu noodles. …While writing this, I want to eat it again…The taste is addictive. Recently, when asked, "Who is the recommended ramen shop in Joetsu?", I answered Fuka-san. I always lose my vocabulary in front of delicious ramen, but I wonder if I could convey even a little love... I will bother you again 😊

It is located on the corner of Furusat at the West Exit of Joetsumyoko Station. In the first place, I misunderstood that "Fullsat" was like a commercial facility like Aeon, so I was surprised that there was no such facility other than a hotel in the station, and I was even more surprised when I saw Fullsat. lol The store is clean and tidy, with comfortable music and Slam Dunk posters all over the place. I had the ramen this time, and the thick, rich white soup was entwined with the noodles. it's the best. Or rather, the deliciousness of the rice is extraordinary, and I was surprised that there is a combination of ramen rice that has been finished to such a high level. The customer service was also very polite, and it was a wonderful shop that I definitely want to stop by next time I visit Joetsu Myoko Station.
