Joetsu's ramen is usually a hit, but the ramen here is a hit! Now this price is good! Is it difficult to understand the parking lot and the store?

I ordered Toku Tsukemen. A rich and complex soup. I ordered normal noodles, but the amount was plenty. I think this would have been fine if it was small. I visited the restaurant around 8pm, and it seemed to be a popular restaurant with customers coming in one after another.

The block of char siu was dry and had a meaty smell, so it wasn't very good, but I was surprised at how good the tsukemen was! The springy, chewy, and smooth noodles were just like udon noodles, and I was so impressed by them for the first time in a long time since I was tired of the medium-thick noodles that have been popular lately. I expected the dipping sauce to be rich, but the seasoning was similar to that of Taishoken, and it was delicious. In fact, the tsukemen was better than Taishoken. This is a famous restaurant in Joetsu that I would like to visit again.
