I received a medium serving of pork belly pork. On the way back from the hike, the soba shops were all out of stock at around 5pm. I thought the ramen would be good too. While I was waiting at a traffic light, Marui-san's Noren just came out, so I quickly entered the store. A hot stone is added to the soup in a bowl, giving it a fragrant aroma and a piping hot soup. The chashu was tender and delicious. It's true that the owner may not be very friendly, but I like the atmosphere where you can enjoy delicious ramen.

I recommend the back fat soy sauce ramen. Don't let it get cold? I was surprised that there was eggplant in it.

A ramen shop near Koide Junior High School. The back oil ramen is the main dish and is exquisite, but of course you can also choose to have it without the back oil. Personally, I like back oil salt, but there are many people who like back oil miso. The store is closed on irregular holidays, but if you look at the store's Facebook page, you'll see a monthly calendar of business days, so I think they're very considerate.
