More Comments at Google MapKitakata ramen after a long time Since it was a three-day holiday, the popular restaurant was extremely crowded😅 I ate at Fukushimaya, where there was space in the parking lot. Still, I waited outside the store for about 10 minutes. It takes about 20 minutes from ordering to when it comes out. Although I entered with a feeling of compromise, Personally, I liked the taste and was very satisfied 👍✨ I had ramen and the noodles, soup, and chashu were delicious. There was something written on the blackboard that looked like a limited menu, but I noticed it when I was leaving 😅 Apparently they also have mazesoba. If I have a chance to go again, I would like to order it.
The photo is a large serving of Taiwanese mixed soba. The backfat niboshi Chinese food is also recommended, but both types have different tastes. It's delicious, but it's impossible for people who don't like dried sardines and seafood. Cut 1000 yen with a full stomach.
If you want to eat ramen in the morning at a private restaurant, Kitakata may be the only place to go. Since I'm not a local, I decided on Fukushimaya after reading the reviews and it was a big hit. The limited edition clam soup stock is rich and full of flavor, the noodles are chewy and plump, and the char siu is delicious. It was a good memory of the trip.
