This restaurant is located in a residential area and seems to be open at night. The specialty of this restaurant is the Sauce Katsudon called Santaro Katsudon, which has two cutlets (360g) on ​​top, so I ordered it right away. It seemed that the preparations had been made carefully, and after waiting for a while, the rice bowl arrived. The basic style of sauce cutlet bowl in Aizu is that two pieces of cutlet soaked in sauce stick out from the bowl and are covered with a lid. When I tasted it, even though it was freshly fried, the sauce had soaked into the coating, and the meat was very tender with plenty of fat, making it extremely delicious. It's delicious when it's freshly fried and crispy, but I prefer moist cutlets like the ones at this restaurant. I'll come back later.
