Aizuwakamatsu, Fukushima, Japan｜Kimuraya

This area of Japan is known for its ramen. Having tried ramen from a bunch of different places in Aizu, the ramen from this restaurant was my favorite! Just a heads up, there always seems to be a line at lunch time, but their ramen is worth it :-)

I feel that this is the most delicious ramen shop in Wakamatsu. If you go on Saturdays and Sundays, it will be crowded, so let's move with plenty of time! A simple but well-balanced soy sauce ramen with a scent of dried sardines and a char siu with a strong flavor. it's the best. No matter when I go, I would like to recommend the B set, the crispy fried rice with just the right amount of saltiness, and the juicy gyoza dumplings. Ramen soup is delicious even if you put vinegar in it.

A ramen shop with great value set items. The ramen itself is also delicious. For accounting, you can use credit cards, PayPay, electronic money, etc. There is a parking lot for 6 cars in a remote area, but it is usually full during lunch time.
