The atmosphere is quirky and unique. The food was very good and had a handmade feel to it. The service was very friendly, helpful, and thankful.

It was a little different from the last time I visited. Previously, the toppings were seaweed and spinach, but this time it's wood ear mushrooms? was on it. You can enjoy two types of char siu: chicken char siu and pork char siu. The taste is still delicious! I felt like it was a little lighter. (Maybe it's just my imagination) I'm also happy that rice is free. This time we also squeezed garlic. While there are many light ramen dishes like Kitakata ramen, this is a rare tonkotsu ramen shop.
