More Comments at Google MapVery rich, delicious, flavorful soup that is made from horse bone. Seasoned with fresh Miso. The meat is also horse meat. Very unique and tasty dish. Everybody in my group loved it.
Horse meat ramen. Very tasty, the soup is rich but not greasy. Horsemeat has a similar taste to beef, but a little less. the price is not expensive
We visited during Golden Week in 2023. Horse bone ramen is a genre that is rarely seen, and I myself love horse meat, so I had no choice but to eat it on this occasion. There were quite a lot of customers, partly because it was during the consecutive holidays. It was a style where you write your name on the list and wait, and it felt like the person who was called entered the store. The exterior of the shop has an old-fashioned architectural feel that matches the atmosphere of Nanukamachi-dori. While you are waiting, you will be greeted with a pleasant smell, which will whet your appetite. The parking lot has a place where several cars can be parked diagonally opposite the store. Be careful when parking because it is the same site as the parking lot of the next sporting goods store. It seems that there are few people now, so it took some time to be able to eat it, but it can't be helped. This time I ordered the most popular Aizuma Miso Horsepower Ramen and Sakura Yukhoe. Miso-based horse bone soup topped with horse meat char siu and Aizu's spicy miso. Horse bone soup was my first experience, but it's really delicious! It doesn't have a strong taste like pork bones, but it's as light as the menu says! It was so delicious that I wanted to repeat it again. Sakura yukhoe is also delicious 🥰 I'm planning to go to Aizuwakamatsu around Obon again, so I think I'll order the soy sauce this time! Thank you for the meal!
