Shirakawa, Fukushima, Japan｜Igetaya

I thought that the soup that tasted fishy was common in recent ramen noodles, but when I tried Igetaya Chinese noodles, I was shocked by the handmade noodles and refreshing soup! I realized once again that this is Japanese-style Chinese noodles.

I visited Igetaya in Shin-Shirakawa. The coronavirus crisis has calmed down and life has returned to normal. The Shirakawa Ramen is great! I'm addicted to it. The air, the water, and the townscape, which is filled with the dignity of Dairogaku, are all beautiful!

This was my first time visiting❗️, so I had some hand-made Chinese noodles and gyoza🍜✨✨ Although it was simple, the noodles were chewy and the soup was delicious😋 The gyoza was also juicy and a perfect match 👍️👍️ I would like to try the pork cutlet next time 👏👏
