This is a famous restaurant that serves Koriyama black ramen. We have a sister store in Ichihara, Chiba. The story here is Koriyama Black Ramen. The unique way of making this dish, which involves adding soy sauce inside the sundou, is worth paying attention to. The soup is milder, mellower, and richer than other black ramen. I think this is a very high quality ramen among black ramen. I want to go again!

I came here at noon because I had work nearby. There was a wait, but I was seated without waiting as long as I expected. I ordered the standard char siu omakase. The ramen was also served fairly quickly ☺ The most important taste is the strong soy sauce flavor, which is delicious. However, it is not salty and you can eat as much as you want. The inside of the store is clean and the customer service is good. Although it can't be said to be the best ramen in Koriyama city, it was a good ramen that I would like to be in the top 5!
