I had eaten at the main restaurants, ``Ima no Ie'' and ``Bunten'', so this was my first time visiting them. 🌂It seems like it's a very popular restaurant despite the mixed weather, and I was surprised that there were already many people waiting in line an hour before the store opened. However, despite its popularity, it is very delicious, and it is by far the best Shirakawa ramen I have eaten👍❤️💕. Especially the handmade noodles are so delicious!! ️👍. The char siu and wontons with different smoky parts were also perfectly delicious💕. ``Ima no Ie'' has completed the Gosanke series🤗. I would like to come eat again 👍

At first, I couldn't confirm the existence of wontons, so I couldn't help but ask the staff if it was a mistake in my order. ．． ．． However, I found out that there were wontons hidden under the char siew, which made me feel extremely embarrassed. Such atmosphere is meaningless in front of this ramen. It's always crowded at lunchtime, but on Saturdays and Sundays, a lot of determination and patience are required. I will go again. The parking lot was already full so we had to wait for a while until a space became available. After that, I will write it down in the register in the store and wait as the moment approaches. Strangely enough, as time passed, I naturally started to get hungry. On this day, I had the China Soba (seafood-based double soup) chashu wonton (1,200 yen). I took the plunge and added boiled eggs (110 yen). I'm grateful that I was able to order this without any trouble since the menu is limited to 20 colors a day. I was in agony at the taste vector, which was different from the ``Second generation ramen'' and ``Authentic Shirakawa ramen'' that I had eaten at my current house. Not only the noodles but also the soup is quite good. And clean-up of the 3rd and 4th dishes of pork and wonton with a perfect sense of stability. Boiled eggs with half-cooked yolks also work well. I left the store with an additional point in my stomach and a refreshed feeling. Next time, I would like to try a miso type that I have never tried before.
