More Comments at Google MapI had miso ramen and my partner had wonton noodles. The miso ramen (without garlic) was delicious with Shirakawa Ramen Jiro-style thick noodles and plenty of bean sprouts. He said the soy sauce ramen type was bland. I think a slightly stronger flavor would go well with thick noodles. Unusual for Shirakawa ramen, the noodles are not flat and curly, so if you like firm noodles, I think a large serving of miso ramen with garlic is good!
I'm an Aizu ramen fan who doesn't like Shirakawa ramen. Advance information that garlic seems to be amazing I was curious and visited at 2pm, just after the lunch peak. Table seats, counter seats, and tatami mats available Since I was traveling with children, I was offered a tatami room. They made me sit at the table while I waited for them to clean up. The staff's response was good. Including the grandfather (former shop owner?) All staff are child-friendly When you look like you're tired of waiting Bring me a snack Personally, I don't go to a ramen shop just because I have children. I feel like the threshold is high. I felt very happy with the wonderful response. Order miso ramen and wonton noodles I did, but it seems like wontons are out of stock. Changed to Chinese food, put miso garlic on a separate plate I'm also happy to hear your detailed orders. When the ramen is brought to you We were out of wontons, so we ordered more grilled pork. Thank you for taking such great care in putting this in! Chinese soups are seafood-based, and Aizu ramen is I think it will suit the person you like The noodles were also handmade, but had a firm texture. Shirakawa ramen is flimsy and mushy. It doesn't feel good (this is my personal opinion) Miso is full of bean sprouts, which I don't like. However, it goes surprisingly well with the soup. I thought the garlic had a slightly sour and salty taste. Is it not raw but seasoned? This is coming together again! ! I thought it was a lot I could have used more garlic lol However, the grilled pork is pink around the edges, which is typical of Shirakawa. It had a smoked taste and was hard and useless. My child said, ``I want to eat this ramen again'' I heard a voice in the kitchen raving about it. The clerk replied that it was good. My child was also happy. After we finished eating, the old man came out again. He gave me an extra delicious stick lol I think the time of day I went was also good. It was a great experience from beginning to end!
The noodles were chewy without being too soft. The cloud bowl is also sturdy without losing its shape and is of sufficient size. In the case of miso ramen, you can get heaps of garlic on top! (The amount is one spoonful of astragalus) I had it with wonton noodles and charcuterie topping (70 yen per piece). The chashu is also soft and delicious.
