More Comments at Google MapOn a freezing morning, we wanted a bowl of ramen. The Soy Sauce Ramen しょうゆラーメン is famous in Aizu. I searched on google and luckily found this popular ramen restaurant. We are a group of seven people, including two kids. The waiters are very kind and very patient with foreigners like us. They helped us to arrange the only two 4-person tables and suggest the choices of ramen. The dumplings were juicy and crispy. And the BBQ pork soy sauce ramen was super delicious. The pork belly shows layers of beautiful fat and meat which is tender soft and almost melt in your mouth. The broth is made with pork and chicken. It is great balance electrified your sense in the first sip. Noodle is thinner than usual with perfect chewiness. We are very satisfied! It was snowing outside the door, but there was a queue of people, which proved it's popularity! I hope to have the chance to visit again, have a bowl of this delicious Aizu ramen on a snowy day!
I order backfat ramen every time. The backfat is not that heavy There is no odor, so it is light You can eat it! For those who like thick topping with garlic Recommended ◎ Noodles are chewy with chewy noodles The texture is delicious☺︎ no matter what Ramen shop Green onion rice is also excellent ♪ Please give it a try ✨ Good atmosphere I'm small The owner is also a woman. The store is also clean. woman or alone Easy to enter! The lady who owns the shop is also beautiful. Because you are friendly Taste, atmosphere and customer service I am very satisfied ◎ As for the discerning interior in shop Must see. smile We will go again soon! It was delicious☺️ Thank you for your meal ⭐️
I was debating whether to have Chinese soba or Chinese soba, but I went for the Chinese soba recommended by the staff and it was delicious, with chewy noodles, a soup with a strong flavor but a refreshing aftertaste, and a melty char siew. The handmade gyoza dumplings were also delicious with chewy skin. The rice was delicious and I wanted a second helping. This was the most delicious ramen I had when I came to Aizuwakamatsu.
