The spicy miso vegetables are especially delicious because the Japanese pepper numbs the tongue and doubles the spiciness, and there are a lot of wood ear mushrooms among the ingredients. Salted vegetables are a standard, and this time I ate the Sangenton pork gyoza, but I couldn't tell because it didn't mention Sangenton pork, but the garlic was effective and it was delicious. The half-fried rice had a good balance between the fine pork and fluffy rice, making it more delicious than other restaurants.
