I had wasabishio ramen topped with flavored eggs. I visited around 12:00, and there were 4 groups of customers ahead of me. This system was a blessing because the sun was so harsh that it was painful to wait outside. The ramen was very delicious with fluffy and smooth noodles. At first, the soup felt unsatisfying, but from the second bite I could feel the strong saltiness and flavor of the stock. good. Personally, I would prefer it without the wasabi and green onion. Even though I didn't try to dissolve the wasabi, as I continued to eat it, it naturally dissolved, and I felt that I lost the flavor of the fluffy soup stock. Next time I would like to have it without wasabi.

I appreciate that they have a wide range of menus, including orthodox Kitakata ramen and Jiro-style ramen. The summer-only cold wonton noodles were so delicious that I wish they would become regular. If you have room in your stomach, you should order the chicken offal bowl!
