Kitakata, Fukushima, Japan｜Tenkoumori Ramen

Definitely my favorite place to eat ramen at. The service is quick, the ingredients are fresh and the staff (father and son) are unbelievably friendly. You won't leave here with an empty stomach!

2022.9.4 I went to Tentakamori because I wanted to eat Kitakata ramen with no chemical seasonings. I heard in reviews that it was lukewarm and thin. When I ate it, it wasn't hot, but it was delicious with just the right amount of heat. I didn't feel the soup was bland, but I wonder if it's thin as I eat it? I thought that too, but when I ate it with char siu, it tasted just right and it was delicious. It's a taste that makes you want to eat again. A customer ordered "tasteless". When I asked other customers, it seems that they eat it with soup and char siu without the soy sauce flavor. I wonder if it's a regular way to eat? I will go to eat again next time! 2023.7.2 Arrive at Tentakamori in 2 hours from Shibata City. I arrived at 8:00 in the morning, but they were getting ready. It was open from 10:00. I ordered the long-awaited half pork bowl. I asked for the ramen to be chopped in large pieces. It's been a long time since Tentakamori's ramen was delicious. Eating char siu and noodles together makes the taste just right. The half char siu bowl was also delicious with good sauce and pepper. I want to go again within the year!

I was in the middle of the day, and I heard the shopkeeper's monologue, but I remember that I went to the old store. That's why I had no chemical ramen for the first time in a while! It's reasonable at 600 yen, but the ramen is real! There are some reviews saying that the soup is thin or lacks flavor, but I really felt the taste! All the ingredients in the bowl and the noodle soup were well-balanced and the best ramen!
