Cute and small restaurant served very rich but clear soup ramen. The taste is really good.

I really wanted to visit this place when I came to Kitakata. There is a parking lot for about 5 cars, but I couldn't park my bike, so I left it at the hotel I was staying at. I thought there were two tables for 6 people and 2 tables for 3 people, but there seems to be one in the back. The regular ramen looked delicious, but I ordered the extra-thick handmade ramen. Two people who came later ordered regular noodles for both of us, and the host who was taking the order suggested that the extra-thick noodles are delicious, so it seems like he was right lol It takes about 10 minutes, probably due to the boiling time, but it's really beautiful. Clear soup and extra thick noodles. You can mix it with the soup and it goes smoothly. Although it is clear, it has a strong yet light flavor. Is the amount a little modest? I was planning to eat multiple meals, so it was just right. The store staff was very responsive and I was glad I went to this store.

I stopped by the name restaurant on the way home from cleaning the grave. I was born in Kitakata City, but when my mother became pregnant with me, it seemed like she ate Kitakata ramen almost every day... How should I put it, the moment I sipped a sip of ramen and the soup, my cellular memory I wonder if it's a guy, a shock ran like a distant memory (@ ¯ □ ¯ @;)! !
