I ate Kitakata ramen at Urinam, which is open from 7:00 in the morning! ️ Nomu Nomu Rich Pork Noodles are chewy, medium-thick, curly noodles. The backfat is good and the noodles are delicious 😋 The soup is light and contains backfat, so it feels refreshing. I was able to eat from the morning. It was delicious.

As a Korean tourist, this restaurant in Kitakata has a very different meaning to me. Of course, I came with my Japanese friend, but I never thought there would be a purely Korean restaurant in Kitakata. And that too in the home of Japan’s top three ramen restaurants. Compared to existing Kitakata ramen, it is lower in salt, and the style of chashu and noodles sets it apart. The noodles with good texture and the savory soup are amazing! Noodles with a crunch and a soup that sits on the waist. Crispy bamboo shoots and carefully made char siu. There is no bad reason. It's been a long time since I had delicious ramen.
