Aizuwakamatsu, Fukushima, Japan｜Uende Yamaga

Special Spicy Abura ramen (thanks to the photo from other review) is really delicious, to my delight. Highly recommend it. I had it with standard ramen size, normal portion though a large size would be great if you are hungry. My husband tried the soyu base ramen, with standard ramen size. It tasted delicious too. Though colour is dark but the taste is light and soothing. The staffs are very friendly and explained well. All seats are counter type in U shape design, with partition. There are parking spaces in front and on the side land plot too. We went on a weekday but the queue is almost endless too though the rotation is not too bad. You'll need to write your name and number of person at the entrance. Then come back out to queue accordingly. We were arrived at good timing. Only waited about no more than 7 minutes.

I love it. Nice and clear soup using Fukushima local salt, You can select the noodle from 3 types and my favorite is wide one, nice texture. I will come back there to try wanton noodle and dry noodle next time!

Great ramen. Not too thick, not oily, very smooth taste.
