Kitakata ramen is as good as they say it is. I drove 3 hours to eat here and I want to go back. Less than 5 minute wait to be seated, less than 5 minute wait to be served. Lovely, friendly service.

I went there on the recommendation of a local. The Kitakata ramen had a refreshing but deep flavor, and the chashu pork was soft and had a strong flavor, and it was exquisite when eaten while blending with the soup. The limited quantity of gyoza was also juicy and very delicious.

June 1, 2011 Came to Kitakata for the first time. Ordered soy sauce ramen for 950 yen. Clear soup, good aroma and deep taste. Noodles, soup and green onions are enough. And delicious char siu. Everything is polite, elegant but satisfying ramen. No, it's delicious. Of course I drank the soup. Salt ramen looks delicious too. There are many other ramen shops in Kitakata, so I'm at a loss. But I recommend this place.
