More Comments at Google Map2023.5.2 Lunch Ramen…600 yen Kitakata City is known for its morning ramen culture, but some shops like this one have stopped opening in the morning. It looks like the two women are managing the business, but considering the various workloads involved, it can't be helped. Rather, I think we ramen fans should applaud them for continuing to open in the morning for so many years. Aside from that, the composition is very unique, with the aroma of soy sauce coming to the forefront. The amount of soup that makes the noodles swim well is also perfect, so no matter where you insert your chopsticks, you won't have to worry about it. An exemplary bowl of all ramen!
First visit in the morning around 8:30. There were no customers in front of me, so I sat down at a table in the store and ordered green onion chashu men. There are reviews saying that the soup is thin, but my impression was that it was a light soup. The char siu is meaty and has a strong flavor, so the light soup and rich char siu create a perfect balance. Are you sure you didn't taste the menma? The green onions were crunchy and delicious. I was surprised that there was an ashtray on each table, so I asked if I could smoke. When I asked him, he said, Okay, that's rare these days. That's it. I took a swig because there were no customers, but it would have been difficult to smoke if there were. Signed by Mrs. Debbie and Mitsuyo Asaka. 2022 9.18
There was a long line at the famous Kitakata ramen shop, so I went here. The noodles were chewy and the soup was mild, making it the perfect accompaniment to morning ramen.
