Kitakata, Fukushima, Japan｜Daisangen

First visit in the morning after 8 o'clock. There were some customers ahead of me, but there were benches and ashtrays outside the store, so I took a break before entering. The store is spacious with plenty of tables and counters. The parking lot can accommodate more than 10 cars. I had the salted backfat ramen. The amber colored soup has a smooth and delicious flavor. It has a small menma and a small piece of chashu, and the chashu is delicious. (I slurped while thinking, ``There's no restaurant in Kitakata that has char siu that's better than that.'' It was delicious. This restaurant used to serve miso ramen, but it was sold out when I went there, so I went with the classic soy sauce pork ramen. It's light and the pork is thick and there's a lot of it, so it's delicious! (*^^*)

I had soy sauce ramen. I liked that the soup was very light and not salty. Kitakata ramen has a strong overall flavor, but I think it has a light flavor that is rare in Kitakata. A valuable shop in Kitakata. The soup, chashu, and noodles were delicious. People who are accustomed to strong flavors may feel unsatisfied.
