Hands down the best ramen I've ever eaten. There's something unique about the stringy hand-tossed noodles topped with assorted veggies, nori, seasoned meat, and pickled green onion kimchi that hits a spot you never knew you had. The broth is the perfect blend of salty savory that warms you up on the way down. Might be intimidating to people that can't speak or read Japanese, as I've never seen any foreigners in the restaurant and the owners definitely can't speak a lick of English. Highly recommend the normal or chashu ramen. The gyoza is nothing to write home about unfortunately.

Wontonmen 900 yen. Boiled gyoza and fried gyoza are 250 yen each. After purchasing a meal ticket at the ticket vending machine, you will get to your seat. Tokoroten in the appetizer. I ate it for the first time in a while, but it was delicious. 🤗 Wontonmen is topped with mustard green onions. Roasted chicken with char siu and chicken soup is on top. The curly noodles that are typical of Shirakawa ramen are good. I don't normally drink soup, but the soup was delicious and I drank it all up. At noon during the summer vacation, customers, including high school students, came one after another.
