Great ramen restaurant with one of the best gyoza 🥟

I came to the store after 12:00 on Sunday lunch time, and there were 4 groups waiting. I had the impression that Shirakawa Ramen restaurants would be crowded, but I was able to get in surprisingly easily. I waited about 20 minutes after ordering, but it was better than waiting outside in the cold weather in late October. Wonton noodles are the classic Shirakawa ramen, with handmade curly noodles and a rich soy sauce soup. The wontons were also large and contained about 4 pieces. The gyoza also had a vegetable flavor and was delicious, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Also, I was happy to receive half rice free of charge. The staff is also kind, and I would like to come back to this store again when I go to Shirakawa again.

Ei-san is a popular Shirakawa ramen restaurant. Parking is available in front of the store, across the path, and there is a second parking lot in the back. Inside the store, there are two counters and tatami rooms. Order at the table. Order wonton noodles. Smooth wontons and Shirakawa ramen's handmade hydration. Naruto produced a good old style, and the char siu was soft and orthodox rather than Shirakawa's unique red ear. The light soup and half rice served is exquisite. It was so delicious that I even wanted to drink the soup. Thank you for the meal🙏
