Arrived around 12:30 on Sunday. There were 6 groups waiting in front of me. The style is to sign your name at the entrance and wait to be called. The wonton noodles were popular and sold out, so I ordered the char siu noodles. The original amount of noodles is large and they don't serve large servings. It was certainly quite a volume. The refreshing soup is outstanding and goes well with the hand-made chijire noodles. The noodles are also slightly thicker and thinner, allowing you to enjoy different textures. Although the chashu is thinly sliced, it is quite chewy and difficult to chew. Personally, I would have liked the noodles to be a little firmer, but is this okay? Thank you for the meal!

Shirakawa, Fukushima Prefecture is famous nationwide for its ramen restaurants, but until now it has not been conquered and there are said to be over 100 restaurants in the city that pride themselves on their delicious taste. I took a 230km road trip along the Tohoku Expressway to Shirakawa just for the purpose of eating ramen, and lined up at ``Teuchi Chuka Suzuki'' before it opened at 11:30 for a feast. The chewy, slightly thin hand-made noodles intertwine with the flavorful soup simmered with lots of chicken oil and chicken bones, creating an exquisite flavor. As someone who comes from a Kanto family and is used to eating pork bones, this is very fresh and has a gentle flavor that spreads in my mouth.

I came to Fukushima Prefecture on a business trip today. The president of the customer I visited told me that if he ever came to Fukushima Prefecture, he wanted me to eat Shirakawa ramen, so I came to eat it. The time was exactly 12:00 noon, and there were quite a few people waiting in line, but the people were waiting for about 10 minutes, so I was called and I was able to eat smoothly. The noodles were handmade, and there were thin and thick noodles, but the soup was very delicious!
