More Comments at Google MapIt is a shop in front of the station. I was just passing by at lunch time, so I got off and tried it. The buri buri handmade noodles are very delicious in a light soy sauce soup. Shirakawa Ramen also made me want to delve into it here and there. Thank you for the meal.
I always order char siu wonton men. The noodles, soup, and char siu are excellent. The sake offered at Hanaizumi is carefully selected by the father, and although it is expensive, it is a satisfying cup. After drinking 3 cups, they gave me an additional service. However, the service was set to 3 because the business hours were shortened in the afternoon and the store was suddenly closed.
Although it was a short transfer, I got off the train and really wanted to eat Shirakawa ramen, so I came here. I thought I wouldn't be able to make it in time since it was only 20 minutes and it was lunchtime, but it was ready right after I ordered. This time, after much thought, I ordered handmade wonton noodles! Even though I didn't have much time, the wontons seemed to take a little longer than normal. The soup is neither too thick nor too thin, and the exquisite soy sauce-flavored noodles are hand-made and have a wonderful curly texture that intertwines with the soup and makes it super delicious. The noodles have a chewy texture. The char siu looked tough, but it was just the right amount of firmness and delicious. This time I ate it in a hurry as I didn't have time to change trains, but I finished it all♪ It was really delicious ramen.
