More Comments at Google Map2nd one today. Salt wonton noodles. Since this restaurant is related to Mr. Kiichi (his son?) who is very popular in Kitakata, I ordered the salt type. The ramen has a beautiful taste and is delicious with a very light salty taste. The wontons have a nice texture. I also like the sign that says “I do my own thing.”
I thought I'd visit once before, but I finally made my first visit. I was seated easily before 10am on a weekday. I ordered soy sauce wonton noodles with flavored egg topping. The surface of the bowl was beautiful, the char siew was thick but soft, and the soup was delicious! Although the wonton filling is small, the skin has a nice texture that blends well with the soup, and I prefer it to Riki-san from Wakamatsu. And the mini char siu bowl is probably my favorite in Aizu...it had a great visual and taste! One slice of chashu would be enough to make a bowl of rice lol Also, although it feels heavy, the refreshing sauce does a good job♪ I'm curious about salt and miso, so I wanted to conquer it all with a mini char siu bowl!
To eat ramen in the morning 😊 I ate salted wonton noodles. The soup, noodles, and wontons are delicious. The soy sauce ramen also looks delicious. One thing, it would have been better if the ramen came out a little earlier...🤣
