Best Ramen I have ever had. Family business, great service, very nice owners. Will visit again next time we are in Nasu.

There are many ramen shops, but Umesuke's Kotteri KURO has a very high quality! ! ! The more you eat, the more your appetite increases. . . I like thin noodles, so I like how thin the noodles are and how hard they are boiled. Light soy sauce and UWO were also delicious☺️

My routine is to eat at Umesuke while I'm doing maintenance at Soma Jidosha across the road. The soup that goes well with the thin noodles is the best. The char siu is even better! !
