Delicious and enough quantity.

It was delicious. A ramen shop in Shirakawa that I visited for the first time. It's about a 3 minute walk from our hotel. Order your favorite wonton noodles! Friends, families, and one person came in later and ordered burnt soy sauce. Next time I'll burn it (laughs) I was terrified by the large cloud ear mushrooms, but they were very delicious♪ The smooth wonton and jellyfish texture is like drinking clouds. It's the best! The noodles are about the normal thickness that you like. The soup had a salty color, but I felt it was just right. It was really delicious. Thank you for the meal♪

I thought I'd try the Shirakawa Ramen, but I ordered the shop's recommended scorched soy sauce ramen. It looks like it's going to be thick, but I ate it all together with the soup without leaving any richness in my mouth. If the store is a counter, you can look into the kitchen well. Also, the atmosphere of the shop was good with many regular customers. It was quite a meal when it was a set. I thought I would have ramen for dinner, but my stomach was satisfied and I was able to sleep soundly.
