Shirakawa, Fukushima, Japan｜Yoshida

I visited on Sunday afternoon for the first time in a year. I had pork noodles and dumplings. I like Shirakawa ramen, but I liked this ramen because of the chicken oil. Of course I drank up the soup😋💕

It is a popular store where the parking lot is crowded even before the store opens. I ordered a special hand-made Chinese dish, a special spicy miso Chinese dish, and a mini char siu rice bowl. First, take a sip of the special hand-made Chinese soup and say, “It’s delicious!!” The umami was strong and there was no odor, and the clear soup was really delicious. The special spicy miso Chinese was also exquisite in umami and spiciness. It's spicy enough to make you sweat, but it's recommended for those who like spicy food. Repeat is confirmed ✨

Char siu noodles. The soup, chashu, and noodles are all of a high standard. I think it will become a restaurant that serves the next generation of Shirakawa ramen. The store has moved and is very clean and nice. The gyoza was also delicious.
