Some reviews have rated the noodles as soft, but they have a firm texture and feel like the curly noodles. Char siu is a thigh, loin, rose kana, and comes with bamboo shoots at the tip, so the cost performance is reasonable. Each char siu was also a taste that felt the scent and commitment. Next time I will aim for miso. The fun of coming to Shirakawa has increased! It was a feast.

The chicken soup and handmade noodles were delicious, the soup blended well and the texture of the pillowy noodles was very good. I'm happy that the half rice also comes with 🍚char siu. There was also chicken stock served, but I didn't order it because I thought it would be too full.
