There is one in front of Shin-Shirakawa Station, but in the end I end up coming to Kinryu for Mapo (lol) Shirakawa tends to be Shirakawa Ramen, but this is my choice. The ingredients are generously filled with 1cm cubes of silken tofu, the ground meat fills in the space, and the chopped green onions make a subtle statement. The taste is dark and slightly spicier than spicy. Therefore, it leads to a delicious taste that leaves you wanting. For someone like me who doesn't like the spiciness of sansho peppers, the spiciness of chili peppers is perfect. The small amount of chopped raw garlic adds an accent while chewing, which is also good. The soup and noodles are piping hot, no complaints.
