Today I took a weekday off and visited a ramen shop in Shirakawa.　　　　 Weekday Tuesday. Arrived at 13:50. There's already a sign saying it's over... Are you okay? When I asked her, she said it was OK. I would like a large serving of the chashu wonton that I always order. The chashu and wontons here are consistently delicious. It's so delicious that you can't eat it anywhere else. Noodles, soup, and chashu. I went on a bike for the first time today. The parking lot is gravel and a little scary. It's usually around noon, so there wasn't a long line, but it's a ramen shop I'd like to come back to.

I ate special Chinese food! 900 yen The char siu is a shoulder loin, so it's very delicious with a mixture of fat and red meat. It's a popular restaurant, so when I arrived at 11:30, the parking lot was already full, and there were 4 people waiting. It didn't take long to get seated, but I waited about 20 minutes before it came out. The noodles are handmade and smooth and delicious. The soup is full of fat, so it's hot! There are no peppers or tissues at each seat, and they are in the middle aisle, so if you put them on each seat, I think you won't have to stand up while you're eating. "That's the only thing I always regret." I hope they improve.

It was my first time to eat authentic Shirakawa ramen. It was light and had a taste that made me want to repeat it over and over again. The char siu was slowly stewed and was thick, tender and delicious. Thank you for the meal🙏
