Sukagawa, Fukushima, Japan｜Kamiya Ramen

Sukagawa City. Before returning to Tokyo on this day, I went here for sightseeing. This area seems to be from Eiji Tsuburaya, everywhere I was able to see the character of Ultraman. There was a ramen shop in such a place that I was very interested in, so I visited. The name of the restaurant is Kamaya Shokudo. The place is 16 Yawata-cho, Sukagawa-shi. There is a private parking lot next to the shop, so I parked there and visited. I waited outside because it opened at 9:30. It looks like we can have them wait inside. Six or seven people were already waiting inside. Purchase a meal ticket at the ticket vending machine. Soy sauce, salt, and miso are available. This time I was thinking about eating consecutively, so I ordered Chinese soba. It seems that you can also ask for the thickness and hardness of the noodles when ordering. Here is what was offered after waiting for a while. Uuu, the picture is so blurry. . . I ate too much and took too much. It smells like a bonito scent and it looks very delicious. Two slices of char siu, naruto, nori seaweed, and green beans. When I took a sip of the soup, the seafood caught my eye. It's a taste that I like a lot. It has just the right amount of saltiness, which I like. I wonder if the noodles are medium-thin noodles with a little curly. It's soft and boiled, but I think this goes well with this ramen. It was delicious to soak the rose char siu in the soup and eat it. I finished eating in a blink of an eye. I would have liked to eat this in a large size. I was able to meet my favorite ramen♪ I would definitely like to visit again.

The menu is simple, with only Chinese noodles and salt ramen, so you won't get lost. I got a large serving of Chinese soba. Very satisfied with simple nostalgic Chinese soba. I will come again when I come here.

I visited Kamaya Shokudo, a long-established restaurant in Sukagawa. It opens at 9:30 in the morning, so it's helpful. I think that it is the highest peak shop of basic ramen that is kind to the body.
