I stopped by in the morning during a camping trip to Fukushima (lol). It's located in Shirakawa, but I'm very happy to hear that it's newly opened at a time when there aren't many places where you can get morning ramen. This is not Shirakawa ramen, but Kitakata ramen because the owner is from Aizu and trained there. The refreshing soup was very tasty, and the wontons were so soft that they melted in your mouth. The owner is also a motorcyclist, so it's really fun to have a delicious breakfast while talking about motorbikes (lol).

A new ramen shop opened along Route 4 in Usuba, outside Shirakawa City, Fukushima Prefecture. Last time I checked, this was my first visit. Around 9 o'clock on Saturday. I was able to park in the parking lot in front of the store. There seems to be a second one in a remote location. There is a ticket vending machine on the left side of the store, and there are only counter seats. There are waiting seats. Water is self-service. The toilet is at the end of the store. The menu is simple, and since it's Shirakawa Ramen, I order wonton noodles. It seems like the timing was bad, so it took quite a while to get it delivered. It's simple: soy sauce soup, medium-thick curly noodles, 3 slices of chashu, wontons, menma, and green onions. The noodles are delicious, and the wontons are also good. It's a simple soup that isn't too strong. I couldn't drink it all, but I don't have any bad habits. The humble husband is doing his job properly. It's an area where morning service is rare, so there were a lot of customers. I think I'll stop by next time. Thank you for the meal.

I went to Shirakawa for work and researched ramen shops, and this place had high reviews, so I decided to give it a try. The store had just opened and was very clean inside. This time, I added a topping of back fat to the ``Wonton Noodles'', and although I expected it to have a rich taste, it still had a refreshing taste, but it had a strong flavor and was very easy to eat, and I finished the soup in no time. The bowl of ``thank you'' that comes out only after you finish the soup will convey your feelings 🙇🏻‍♂️ I thought, ``It's a flavor I've had before somewhere...'' and when I asked the owner, who was a little nervous, he told me that it's a ramen shop based on Aizuwakamatsu's ``Kitakata Ramen.'' It's great that you can eat authentic Kitakata ramen without having to go all the way to Aizuwakamatsu! It was a restaurant that I would like to visit again if I have a chance to go to Shirakawa.
