2024.3.3 Yesterday and today's limited mountain salt pork noodles! The most delicious soup with Japanese pepper. You can also mix it with straight noodles! Sprinkle some Japanese pepper powder halfway through. I finished it perfectly.

I had the soy sauce ramen. It was a mysterious ramen where you could enjoy two flavors of dried sardines and chicken in one bowl! I can't really say anything about ramen since everyone has their own tastes, but I was very satisfied with the soup! It seems like there are many other types, so I plan to repeat!

The photo shows soy sauce ramen and komacha bowl (chopped pork). It was delicious. Straight noodles are recommended. Thin noodles with a chewy texture are hard to find in Aizu. Tajima's Kakukuzo also has thin noodles, but it has a different feel and more options. I don't think it's suitable as a substitute because you end up drinking too much soup. I wanted to try both curly noodles and miso. This restaurant is not suitable for those who are concerned about the red color of their char siu. I was shocked when Osuka closed, but I'm glad I now have a store I can go to on Sundays. revisit The second photo is a large serving of spicy miso. The miso tastes different depending on the top and bottom. Since the spicy miso is not melted, you can enjoy 4 different flavors. I wonder if the green vegetables are on the border and the taste is weird due to the oil. Miso comes with garlic topping, so you'll be addicted to it. I was shocked by the soy sauce and sansho pepper, but I think miso will be popular in the coming winter. The komacha bowl is still delicious.
