Sukagawa, Fukushima, Japan｜Chukamenshokubo Sanpotei Sukagawaten

Came here on a Tuesday night at 8pm. I ordered the special vegetable miso ramen. I like the miso ramen at this restaurant, but the spiciness is around 2 or so, which is not enough... So I got the spicy miso that my companion had provided, and added about 4 cups of it, and it was absolutely delicious. It was also sold in stores, so I'm definitely going to buy it next time. Before I knew it, I had finished eating the ramen 😊 My companion ordered char siu noodles, but there were a lot of pieces of pork belly, so I was pretty pissed after eating it (lol)

I went to Sambotei. How many times is this? I can't count! The first time I entered was a shop in Niigata city. From the outside, it looked like a family restaurant (actually, there is a family restaurant type restaurant in the Sanpotei group), so I had no choice but to visit it in the late afternoon and order a set meal, but I was surprised by this taste. . With that in mind, I found out that this Sanpo-tei was in Sukagawa and immediately visited it. Fried rice isn't baked while spinning on a chain store machine, but it's an authentic fried rice that is carefully made by fried rice meisters one by one. That's what it feels like.
