First visit with my wife. Ordered the pork fat ramen. The noodles were thick and curly and had a delicious texture like no other, and the soup was the best match with the sweetness of the back fat. Thank you for serving tea to my wife during that time (TT) Don't rely too much on cashless payments... Thank you to everyone at the store for being so kind and polite! It was so delicious♪

This time I visited Menya Ichirinran for the first time. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are Kitakata ramen sales days, and Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday are sales days for Shina soba. Today is Monday, so I order Kitakata ramen. The noodles are 170g, and the large serving is 340g, so I ordered the regular one. It was definitely a light soy sauce flavor, but the soup was piping hot until the end. It was delicious with curly thick noodles. The chashu was well cooked and disappeared when I put it in my mouth. The gyoza was also hot and delicious. There was a menu posted on the pillar for salt ramen and grilled char siu rice bowl. This is my second visit, and today is Tuesday, so I ordered Shina soba, salt ramen, grilled chashu rice bowl (small), and gyoza. The Shina soba tasted exactly like I had eaten it at an old restaurant. Unlike the currently popular soups that use soup stock made from pork bones, dried sardines, and chicken bones, this simple soup mixes well with the noodles and is delicious. The salt is also different from the current trendy Aizu mountain salt soup, which is mild, and it's been a long time since I've had a salty soup that mixes well with the curly noodles and is very delicious. The roasted 🎲-sized chashu was very delicious, and it was even more delicious when eaten with rice with pickled ginger. The gyoza was also delicious with a hint of garlic.

I love Chinese soba, so I was finally able to visit Chinese soba on the day of the week for the first time ☆ It was a little saltier than the light Chinese soba I think, but it wasn't squid until I was thirsty after eating. I want to eat Kitakata ramen when I get out of work! Thank you for the meal (*☻-☻*)
