This is the second sesame-based Shirakawa ramen. This is different from Suzu○shokudo, which I visited before, with a rich sesame soup, and although it is similar to tandan noodles, it is a special Chinese dish that is different from tandan noodles. What you need to be careful about is that if you slurp the noodles too quickly, the ground sesame seeds will get into your windpipe and cause you to choke, which is dangerous. It's full of sesame seeds, so it's a perfect dish for those who like sesame Chinese food, but please eat with care. It closes as soon as the soup runs out, so it's bound to be crowded at lunchtime. The thick sesame soup mixes well with the noodles and is absolutely delicious!
