I heard rumors that it was delicious and brought it here. Aizu Takada Chinese Soba I was surprised to eat it. Even the extra thick noodles are just the right thickness and are easy to eat. The soup was extremely delicious and the ramen was unlike anything I had ever tasted before. I want to eat it every day. I'm also interested in the Stamina Spicy Miso Ramen as it contains offal, so I'd like to try that as well. With extra thick noodles.

Visited at 12:00 and was seated without waiting. I had Aizu Takada Chinese Soba + Charsiut Topping. The noodles are thick, smooth and chewy. The soup was delicious with a sweet soy sauce flavored with chicken stock. Thank you for the meal.

Revisited at 9:15 on Thursday, July 20, 2023. First customer 1, second customer 2. This is my first time visiting this place. I have been to the store before. There is a parking lot in front of the store and next to it, but it is a little difficult to park. The inside of the shop is quite beautiful. 7 seats on the counter kitchen side with partitions, 6 other seats and 1 table. Pochi salt ramen (700 yen) + large serving (100 yen) at the ticket vending machine. It's good to have disposable chopsticks on the table. A bowl of rice soon. Not salty at all, gentle taste. Two pieces of soft char siu, half-boiled egg, bamboo shoots, green onions, and yuzu skin are on top. White noodles have just the right amount of elasticity. It's a recommended cup in the morning.
