Flavorful chicken paitan ramen. Not overly rich or rich. Beautiful balance of chicken umami and medium wavy noodles. Would come back again!! Also the chicken chashu was unbelievably soft!

I wanted to eat ramen after work, so I stopped by for the first time in a few months. I usually order the Aizu Jidori ramen, but today I decided to go for a change of pace with the Oburakurakura (pork burakura) and my favorite, the Shidori Charshu bowl. This was my first time eating okaburakku, and the flavor was a bit strong, probably due to the black soy sauce, which I personally liked. The noodles were also very chewy and delicious. To be honest, I felt that the flavored eggs could have had a little more flavor. I always eat the Shiktori Char Siu Bowl whenever I come here, and it's always delicious. The sauce on top of the chashu and rice was so delicious... It's a taste that you never get tired of no matter how many times you eat it. The char siu also has a chewy texture, which I really like. However, if you go late, the food is often gone, so if you want to be sure to eat it, we recommend going during the daytime. It's been a while since I last visited the store, but the staff were always polite and the taste was very consistent. Also, as a small side note, if you go there for the first time, you will receive a passport on the way back, which is a great deal if you have it with you. You can get 100 yen off rice bowls, get large servings or get free flavored eggs, etc. What's more, one piece can be used by as many people as you like, so please give it a try. Next time I go, I would like to try Sea Black. It seems like you can only eat it while you are young lol
