Koriyama, Fukushima, Japan｜Koriyama Chuka Soba Shouya

It looks black and you might think it's salty, but the light soup goes well with the homemade thin noodles. I'm not sure how close it is to the original Koriyama Black, but Shoya's Chinese noodles were delicious. I added wontons, and the skin was firm and there were a lot of toppings, so it was very filling.

I want to eat Koriyama Black! I came looking for ️. The moment you taste the soup, you'll be hooked. 😍✨ Although the color was dark, the flavor and sweetness stood out, and the salty taste was not too strong.It was a soup that I really wanted to drink! This time, I topped Chinese noodles with wontons. This wonton was also delicious. The one thing I regret was not adding green onions as topping...😭 The casually added exposed green onions were really delicious❗I definitely want to add green onions as a topping next time. Of course the soup was perfect! Thank you for the meal😌
