Koriyama, Fukushima, Japan｜Daisangen

While on a business trip to Iwate, I stayed one night at a business hotel in Fukushima, so I searched for a place to eat dinner and decided to visit this place as it had good reviews. I liked the fact that they competed only with tanmen and gyoza, and I was excited until the food was brought to me. My companion ordered tanmen and gyoza, and I ordered a large serving of vegetable tanmen with a meal ticket. When I saw what came out, I was so surprised that I couldn't help but say, ``Wow!'' 👀 It's not quite a washbowl, but it's a ramen bowl that's similar in size to a bowl of tanmen with lots of stir-fried vegetables on top. 🎵A perfect meal for someone who loves vegetables. When I tried the soup, it was light and had just the right amount of salt. The vegetables were crunchy and really delicious. It was so delicious that I talked to my companion on the way home about how glad we were that we didn't have to eat at the restaurant at the restaurant. Also, the customer service from the hostess was great☺️Thank you for the meal🙇

A restaurant specializing in tanmen and dumplings. Both gyoza and tanmen are completed. The cleanness that does not leave other menus is wonderful. I ordered a normal size tanmen, but the bowl that arrived was large, so I thought there was something wrong, but apparently this is normal. It is a satisfying amount with plenty of vegetables. I thought it would be better to know the normal size before suddenly going to the large size. Garlic is effective in gyoza, and the skin is exquisitely thick and chewy. There are a few customers who only take out gyoza, and it seems that there are quite a few gyoza fans. I came here for tanmen and thought it would be a good strategy to switch to gyoza takeout if I was in line.

I visited Koriyama for the first time when a colleague took me there when I visited Koriyama for work. Since tanmen is famous, the menu includes a regular size of tanmen, a large size of tanmen, gyoza, alcohol, and soft drinks. A store specializing in tanmen. I respect the attitude of mastering tanmen without offering unnecessary menu items. I ordered a large bowl of tanmen. My colleague asked if I was okay? When I received it, I was surprised at how much it was! ️I did it🥹, so I took a bite and ripped it off right away. Oh! What a gentle taste! Yummy◎ The stir-fried vegetables on the list are also crunchy! The noodles were a little hard, which I like, which I like while still retaining the deliciousness of the vegetables, and the noodles were a little hard, which I like ◎ Delicious ◎ I wasn't sure if I would be able to eat them, but I ate them all! 😋 At the end, I sprinkled the usual vinegar around and drank the soup, but I didn't think it was a good match for me.🤣But that's just a matter of taste.
