When I visited around 11:30, there was no waiting time. After that, we continued to wait outside. I ordered Gomoku wonton noodles for 1100 yen. The noodles were medium-thin straight noodles with just the right amount of texture and a slightly salty taste. The soup had a gentle salty taste and was delicious till the end. Thank you for the meal.

I had a large bowl of ramen. Ajiseya's ramen hasn't changed in appearance or in its pleasant ramen aroma. The thin noodles with low water content, which I don't normally like, are well-cooked and go well with the soup. If you drink the soup all at once, it will feel like nothing special, but if you roll each sip on your tongue, you can feel the aroma of the dashi stock and soy sauce. The traditional char siu also bursts with flavor with every bite, and goes perfectly with white rice. You can enjoy the texture of the menma with the noodles. The kamaboko is as good as rumored, but all the kamaboko in Iwaki are delicious. It's been a long time since I last visited Ajiya Shokudo. Today's dish is medium-thin noodles with a unique texture that is hardened by boiling. Today's soup is an old-fashioned diner soup with a stronger soy sauce than usual, but the flavor of the soup stock is irresistible. The ingredients are three traditional pork siu pieces, crunchy menma, kamaboko, spinach, seaweed, and chopped green onions. I wish they would continue with the same flavor and not become modern.

Visited on August 12, 2022. Ramen (750 yen) is an old-fashioned Chinese soba that is light but has a strong flavor. I couldn't help but gulp down the soup because it was so delicious. I left the store with the cheerful voices of the ladies saying, ``Thank you, please come again!'' I hope your aunts are doing well too. I'll come back later. On this day, I went there around 3:00 pm, but the soup ran out and the restaurant closed right after. If you want to be sure to eat, I recommend going by around noon 😅
