I think the miso vegetable ramen with lots of vegetables is delicious, with a rich soup made from sweet miso and a smooth texture from the water-added noodles. Lately, I've been eating a lot of tsukemen.The noodles are 1.5 times more filling, and together with the sour and slightly spicy dipping sauce, they go easily and are delicious.Overall, I feel like I can't go wrong with them, but what about the docks?
