It’s characterized by its dark-colored broth, which is usually made using ingredients like soy sauce, miso, and black garlic. The broth gets its color and depth of flavor from these ingredients. It’s a popular variation of ramen known for its rich and savory taste.
I became addicted to Tamoya Black and ate it for two weeks straight. This week I also had chashu rice. I love the addictive soup, soft char siew, and straight noodles. The char siu rice also contains a lot of char siu.
First visit! I thought I could taste soy sauce ramen like no other! I like the sweetness of the soup and the spiciness of the green onions. The large thinly sliced char siu is perfect to eat with the noodles. The thin noodles were entwined with the soup and it was delicious until the end! It was very delicious! Thank you for the meal!
