I ordered a small ramen. As I was sitting there thinking that I should have had regular ramen, I saw a pile of vegetables, and at that moment I became worried and thought, ``Huh? I ordered a small ramen...?'' Ta. When I heard the waiter say, ``Small ramen, here in town,'' I thought, ``Is this small ramen?'' Even if it's a small ramen, the portion is large, so be careful if you're not used to it. The noodles were thick and had a chewy texture, but I liked that they had a chewy texture to the inside. The soup is a mixture of soy sauce, back fat, and pork bone flavors, and when I put it in my mouth, I first tasted the soft soy sauce, then the sweet pork bone taste. The vegetables were similar to Shakikta and had just the right texture. The soup (?) poured over the vegetables made it even easier to eat the vegetables. The atmosphere of the shop may be a bit misleading as it is a space filled with things you like, but I liked it because it was beautiful and tasteful. The clerk's greeting was very nice and made me feel cheerful. It was very comfortable. Thank you for the meal today.

It may seem like a lot, but everything from the way the vegetables are boiled to the deliciousness of the pork and the temperature and taste of the soup is all great, so you can eat quite a lot. If you like Jiro style, I think this is the best store, you won't be disappointed.

I visited with a friend. There are many Jiro-style ramen restaurants in the area, but the ramen here is not heavy even after drinking all the soup, so it was delicious until the end. The volume was perfect and both my heart and stomach were satisfied. The large size is naturally large, but the small size is also overflowing with lots of ingredients. It is difficult to pull the noodles out of a large amount of bean sprouts. This restaurant is highly recommended for people who want to eat a hearty meal.
